Originally from Northern California, I’ve proudly planted my roots here in Las Vegas.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and pets. Life is always evolving, and I believe in embracing every moment and truly being present.

Social Media and Events Manager
Hello! My name is Sydnee Beaty. I’m the Social Media and Events Manager for Integrity Property Management and Investments. I’m a mother of two beautiful little boys and married to my High School sweetheart. I’ve lived in Las Vegas, Nevada my whole life and can’t imagine living or growing up anywhere else. In any free time I have of being a mother of two under three, I try to spend time with my husband and catch up with the rest of the world on social media. It’s an honor working for a family run company like Integrity.

Logistics Coordinator
Ashton Beaty serves as our Logistics Coordinator. Ashton is here to assist with offsite activities and projects when needed.
He is a full time Electrician. Outside of work, Ashton enjoys spending time with his wife, Sydnee Beaty, his two boys and exploring new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

A proud Las Vegas native, I’ve raised my family here and truly can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy curling up with a good book, catching up with my grandchildren, or trying my hand at gardening.

Hello! I'm Chandler, and I'm thrilled to be an addition to the Integrity Property Management team, focusing on the operations side of the business. My role involves making sure our clients and their properties are well-maintained, safe, and thriving by effectively connecting them with the right vendors. I also handle HOA communications to ensure all properties meet standards. When I'm not in the office, my three children keep me busy and on my toes! I absolutely love spending quality time with my boyfriend, my kids, and our sweet dog, Hanker P.
