Can a property be held for me before I apply?
Homes are leased on a first qualified, first approved basis. A property cannot be reserved without a completed application and required fees. To improve your chances, we recommend submitting your application as soon as you have viewed the property with a Realtor. -
What are the required move in costs?
Move in costs vary by property. Please check with the Property Management company for details. -
Is there a minimum age requirement to apply?
Yes. All applicants must be at least eighteen years old -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable provided the property is returned in good condition, excluding normal wear, and all lease terms are fulfilled. Any deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or cleaning will be itemized according to the lease. -
How do I apply for a rental property?
Applications are submitted online through our website. A completed application, application fee, and supporting documents such as proof of income and identification are required for review. -
How can I pay my rent?
Rent is typically paid through the online tenant portal. You have the option to mail in the payment or bringing it into our office. -
What should I do if I want to get a pet or Emotional Support Animal?
Review your lease agreement and contact management before bringing a pet/animal into the home. Pet policies vary by property and may include restrictions, deposits, or monthly pet fees.
Depending on the pet/animal additional approval and documentation is required. -
What happens if I want to move out but my roommate stays?
All tenants listed on the lease are jointly responsible for the full lease term. If one tenant wishes to move out, the remaining tenant may need to qualify independently or submit a replacement tenant for approval. Please contact your Property Manager for details. -
My lease is ending and I plan to move out. What are my next steps?
Leases require written notice prior to move out. Please review your lease for the required notice period and submit your intent to vacate in writing by the stated deadline. -
Who is responsible for maintenance and repair costs?
Routine maintenance is handled by the property management team. Tenants may be responsible for repairs related to damage caused by misuse or negligence. All maintenance requests should be submitted promptly through the designated system.
