Hello! My name is Sydnee Beaty. I’m the Social Media and Events Manager for Integrity Property Management and Investments. I’m a mother of two beautiful little boys and married to my High School sweetheart. I’ve lived in Las Vegas, Nevada my whole life and can’t imagine living or growing up anywhere else. In any free time I have of being a mother of two under three, I try to spend time with my husband and catch up with the rest of the world on social media. It’s an honor working for a family run company like Integrity.

Ashton Beaty serves as the Operations Manager at Integrity Property Management & Investments, bringing a fresh perspective to the property management sector. With a background as an electrician, Ashton recently transitioned into property management, where his expertise in vendor operations and hands-on experience enhances the efficiency and quality of services provided to clients.
Ashton is dedicated to ensuring that properties are managed to the highest standards. He is committed to fostering strong relationships with vendors and clients alike, leveraging his technical skills to solve problems and streamline processes.
Outside of work, Ashton enjoys spending time with his wife, Sydnee Beaty, and exploring new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

​Hello! I'm Chandler, and I'm thrilled to be an addition to the Integrity Property Management team, focusing on the operations side of the business. My role involves making sure our clients and their properties are well-maintained, safe, and thriving by effectively connecting them with the right vendors. I also handle HOA communications to ensure all properties meet standards. When I'm not in the office, my three children keep me busy and on my toes! I absolutely love spending quality time with my boyfriend, my kids, and our sweet dog, Hanker P.

​After retiring from a long career in customer service and problem-solving in WA my husband, orange tabby cat, and I travelled the country in our 5th-wheel for almost 3 years. We have  now settled in Las Vegas to enjoy the weather (sun!) to its fullest. ​
