Petscreening.com (No cost to Owner)
​We strive to help ensure mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all our Owners and tenants. It’s imperative that ALL our tenants fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This also includes  tenants that do not own a pet or animal. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process. This quick and easy process ensures we have the pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments, pet/animal history and records, and legal attestation of truthfulness and accuracy on file.

IN-House Maintenance
Some work orders can be handled by our In-House Maintenance. The goal is quicker completion and cost effectiveness.  ​

Property Checks (Inspections)(Included in Renewal) 
Inspections are typically scheduled Annually. You will be provided with 20+ photos and a report. 

Quarterly Newsletters
It's important to keep up to date on the ever- changing laws in Nevada. We keep you "in the loop" of changes or improvements. We never want you to feel left out. 

Owner Portal
Owners have access 24/7 to their Owner Portals. They have access to Owner Statements and invoices. Requests can be made or any communication necessary.
